“I got to tell Leif Vollebekk himself that this album has surpassed The Wall by Pink Floyd as my top album of all time. It is truly a transformative experience. Leif is a musical genius. The amount of thought and care that goes into each song is absolutely inspiring and deeply touching. His lyricism is always unmatched but this album may just be his magnum opus. I heard this album for the first time right as it came out in 2024 when I was living in New Orleans. Now whenever I listen to the song Mississippi, I am transported back to that moment when I first heard it — walking up Palmer Avenue with the burst of warm and balmy air hitting my face. The sun beaming down on me. When I saw this song played live in Bern, Switzerland, I closed my eyes for the entire song and laid my hand on the guitar amp in front of me to feel the vibrations. This album has truly and genuinely changed me and my life in general. It was everything I had been waiting for and so much more. God bless Leif Vollebekk.”
