Diagnostic information about app performance and technical issues.
When accessing the Service via a mobile device, we may collect information such as the mobile device type, unique device ID, IP address, operating system, and browser used.

Public Nature of Shared Content: Any content you share within Superfan (e.g., posts, comments, interactions) is visible to all members of the communities and groups you belong to. By default, this content is public within those communities, and you should share responsibly, keeping in mind that it may be accessible to all users within those spaces.
Promotional Communications Tailored to Fans
We may use your profile data, community interactions, and preferences to send you promotional updates, news, and special offers related to the artists and fan communities you follow or might be interested in. You can manage your communication preferences or opt out of such messages.
Consent for Targeted Marketing
With your consent, we may use your data for targeted marketing purposes, such as recommending artist-related products, services, or exclusive content based on your interests and interactions on Superfan. Community Engagement Data: (such as posts, comments, and likes) may be retained for the duration of your account's existence to ensure seamless participation in artist communities and to maintain the history of your contributions within those groups.
In certain cases, we may retain data longer to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Community Standards and Safety
