her best album yet truly no skips. loved every second. I enjoyed the album concept a lot- a relationship from beginning to end. you know that it isn’t going to last so even the love songs pack a punch. rodrigo has musically matured and it’s evident in this album. while themes of heartbreak and insecurity remain the same, the direction she took with this album explores something deeper than what she’s given us in the past. the lyrics are less about how stupid the guy is and more about his lack of emotional depth and commitment.
